Tax Credit Extension plus Expansion Passes!
This is awesome news! The $8000 federal tax credit has been extended through May 1, 2010. It also has been expanded to current homeowners who have lived in there homes for 5 of the last 8 years up to $6500. What the really great news is,is that if you meet the criteria as a current homeowner for the $6500 credit and curently have a deal pending to buy a home; you are eliglible if it closes after November 6, 2009.
