There's more to selling your home than simply putting up a "For Sale" sign: Beware!
Even if a sign does produce a buyer knocking on your door, how will you answer the following questions:

- "How did you arrive at the fair market value of this house?"
- "Can you offer me any help with financing?"
- "If I want to make an offer, who will draw up the contract?"
- "Why aren't you using a REALTOR®? Is there something wrong with the property?"
- "Since you are selling without a REALTOR® and saving the commission, I can just deduct the fee from my offer, right?"
Selling your home is one of the most important transactions you will make in your life. Don't take risks. Selling your home is nothing like selling a car. Every home is different, and every home buyer wants to offer you as little as possible. How do you determine fair market value?
